Mr. Phillips is a Principal of Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2021 and is based in London. Mr. Phillips is a board member of MJM Holdings and Eurochange (a subsidiary of Corsair portfolio company NM Money).

Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Phillips was a Vice President at Lone Star Funds. Prior to Lone Star Funds, Mr. Phillips was an Associate at BC Partners, where he worked on a number of transactions within the business services vertical.

Mr. Phillips holds a B.Sc. in Philosophy & Economics from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
