Mr. Brandman is Legal and Compliance Counsel at Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2023 and is based in New York.

Mr. Brandman is responsible for all legal and compliance matters relating to the firm. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Brandman was a Legal and Compliance Officer at Pantheon Ventures (US) LP (“Pantheon”), where he was responsible for legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to the investment management of private funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to joining Pantheon, Mr. Brandman was a Legal and Compliance Analyst at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd.

Mr. Brandman graduated from Pace University School of Law and received a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.
