Prior to Corsair, Mr. Miles spent 25 years in the software industry as a startup founder, full stack software architect, and engineering leader. His career is marked by a passion for fostering growth through the development of top-tier engineering teams, pragmatic architectural and product decisions, and a relentless focus on customer-centric solutions. Mr. Miles’ track record as a technology leader to both early-stage startups and large, complex organizations highlights his versatile expertise and leadership in driving successful outcomes in any business environment.

As an entrepreneur, Spencer co-founded successful startups like Showyou (acquired by VEVO) and Dropcountr (acquired by Kubra). He spent 4 years at eBay, where he led a technology transformation effort that doubled mobile engineering velocity. He also re-platformed eBay’s seller listing tools on mobile, streamlining the listing process and leveraging AI. Prior to that, he spent 5 years at WalmartLabs, where Spencer built and led an engineering organization instrumental to Walmart’s omnichannel transformation, collectively accounting for over 50% of daily visitors to Walmart’s iOS and Android mobile applications. He also led the architectural strategy and rewrite of Walmart’s mobile applications, integrating Walmart’s popular online grocery app with its core shopping applications.
